Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.


Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably. Delivery times may vary slightly based on destination, seasonal demand, or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

There are no minimum purchase requirements, and all packages are delivered directly to your address at no additional cost.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order:

  • you will receive an order confirmation email
  • your order will enter processing within 1–3 business days
  • tracking details will be sent once your package has shipped

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • weather conditions

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout.

When Shipping Insurance is selected, your order is protected against:

Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the affected items after reviewing the provided photos.

  • photos if applicable

Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.


What Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover

Shipping Insurance does not apply to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward
  • delays caused by customs or courier handling
